About
Course-development infrastructure for Australian RTOs.
CyberTAFE exists to make compliant, well-resourced VET courses faster to build and easier to maintain — for any Registered Training Organisation, not just one.
What CyberTAFE is
CyberTAFE is a connected toolchain that takes a qualification from its training package all the way to delivery in a learning management system. It pairs an authoring environment (VCCMS) with AI-assisted resource generation, structured assessment grading, and a student-facing portal — all organised around the one thing the VET sector runs on: the performance criterion.
Built around the performance criterion
Every unit of competency is unpacked to its elements and performance criteria. Each criterion can then be supported by up to twelve resource types across four categories — content, interactive, contextual and media. That mapping is the backbone of the platform: it's how compliance is demonstrated and how gaps become visible.
Who it's for
- RTOs building and maintaining course content against current training packages.
- Course developers who need structure, speed and an audit trail.
- Trainers and assessors delivering through Moodle with consistent, validated materials.
Standards
Courses are developed to ASQA standards and mapped to the Australian Qualifications Framework. CyberTAFE references Training.gov.au as the source of truth for qualifications and units, and aligns its compliance model to ASQA requirements.
